Readstack is a lightweight, privacy-focused PDF reader developed under the HXT Stack Tools product line. The application is designed to operate primarily on your device as a Progressive Web App. Your imported PDF files, bookmarks, reading progress, and library information are stored locally within your browser using technologies such as IndexedDB. Readstack does not require a user account, email address, phone number, or recurring subscription.

Optional Development Support
Readstack may include an optional link allowing users to support continued development. Any contribution is voluntary and is not required to access the application's core reading features. When an external payment provider such as Stripe is used, the payment transaction is handled through that provider's secure checkout environment. Readstack does not intentionally provide Stripe with access to your PDF library, bookmarks, reading history, or locally stored documents. External payment services remain subject to their own privacy policies, terms, security practices, and data-processing procedures.
Local Storage and Data-Loss Warning
Because Readstack stores information locally, your library may be affected by changes made to your browser, device, or installed application. Your Readstack library may be permanently deleted if you:
